The Noob is a traveling NPC vendor that will have a 50% chance to spawn at daytime.

The player can also use a Noob Bottle to spawn him manually.

He sells a new class of weapons called Neutral, other weapons, accessories, and fishing poles. He uses a Noob Knife to defend himself. In hardmode, he uses an RB Knife to defend himself.
